GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your access of Travel Support website provides acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read carefully throughout. For information on all other Travel Support products kindly refer to the appropriate detailed sections of our website.
All reservations are considered final when your ticket or your hotel or whatever you booked by our online is confirmed. There is no more need for reconfirmation from the guests’ part or the booking agency. Only agencies are allowed to cancel any of these reservations. Child policy is only valid for a single child accompanied by 2 adults, we encourage all guests to include the child’s age at the time of filling up information.
Travel Support uses system generated reference numbers to confirm bookings which will be used in all future correspondences.
For interested groups, kindly check with our team via phone or email email@example.com. Only groups of 10 are allowed and MUST be traveling on the same itineraries (hotel/flight). No electronic bookings are allowed and groups may still be subject to individual terms and conditions as mandated by hotel and airline.
All prices listed on this page are quoted in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise specified. Travel Support reserves the right to change prices quoted in the event that price revisions occurs as imposed by suppliers that goes beyond our control, especially Government Tax changes. Prices also include hotel service and local taxes where indicated except breakfast or supplement. Some European hotels allow this unless indicated otherwise. Hotel service charges DOES NOT include payment for service providers such as maids and bellman. All published rates are the best rates that Travel Support has negotiated with various hotel partners and will be guaranteed for every booking made. However, some hotel suppliers may sometimes advertise alternate rates which can be different from our own published prices.
All prices listed here are subject to change without prior notice and supersedes all previous published prices in our brochures and leaflets. Leaflet prices are only current at the time of printing so contact your preferred travel agent for the most updated price list. You are also encouraged to visit www.travelsupport.com for regular updated price changes.
Payment can only be done via credit card or cash(For more information please contact to our call center ) In terms of payment by Credit Card ,is understood that you have already performed due diligence prior to accepting any payments made by third party clients and/or credit cards.
Full payment must be made at the time of reservation while following all the rules set forth on our website such as that card holder must be one of the guests. A 3% merchant fee will be deducted to your markup amount from our rebate.
To minimize all fraudulent transactions, Travel Support requires a signed copy of the UCCCF (Universal Credit Card Change Form) at all times and in all instances. All credit card transaction must provide cardholder’s signature on file as this is a prerequisite in cases of charge backs.
Inability to provide this requirement will make your agency held liable for all charges relating to fraud or charge backs. Your use of this website for all payments and other such online transactions made through Travel Support confirms your agreement to be bound by its entire terms and conditions whether written or implied.
HOTEL CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
To help uphold the hotel’s housekeeping requirements, a strict check-in time of 3:00 PM is observed on the day of guests’ arrival. Hotel check-out times is usually at 11:00 AM
Travel Support is only required to provide details on baggage allowance if tickets are purchase through us. As these allowances greatly vary per airline of choosing, it is the responsibility of the traveler to contact their airline of choice for information on their set specific policies on baggage allowances. Any excesses should be paid to the airline when authorized by the carrier.
CHANGES AND FEES
Airfares and miscellaneous services
All airfares are subject to rules and cancellation fees when purchased with Travel Support. Some airfares though may become non-refundable at the time of sale once a booking is made. It is the responsibility of the guest then to read through terms and conditions governing their airfares as these are provided at the time of booking. Miscellaneous services such as car rentals are governed under respective suppliers at a guest’s chosen destination.
No refund is allowed for any unused portions of your stay. All other unused services you will encounter while in the area are still subject to terms and conditions as mandated by their suppliers. Travel Support abides by these terms and conditions and we will not be liable for any refund exceeding any amount previously agreed upon between Travel Support and our partner suppliers. However, all refund claims MUST be done in writing and addressed to the travel agency that purchased the tour. Complete documentations must be presented to Travel Support in no more than 21 days after any tour cancellation. No adjustments will be made for any portions unused during your purchased tour.
Travel Support has no complete control over our partner suppliers because these are run by independent companies so we cannot be held liable for any injuries, losses, property damages or any other costs as a result of
- Acts of omission on part of supplier, agent and its employees and anyone not in direct supervision of Travel Support.
- Your failure to acquire proper legal documentations as travel prerequisites.
- Cancellation and/or changes in the travel services offered. We reserve the right to cancel or change the travel services at our discretion, but we will try to compensate a substitute by referring you to a comparable service.
- Your failure to follow instructions including, but not limited to check-in and check-out times, baggage handling, and airport departure times.
- Sickness, quarantine, government mandated regulations, mechanical breakdown, weather disruptions, labor disputes, or any other known cause not mentioned but are beyond our direct control.
- Full refunds will NOT be included nor honored in cancelled tours that were caused by acts of god, riots or weather and where contract obligations between Travel Support and its partner suppliers does not allow it to obtain reimbursements on the sums paid to independent provider on behalf of the customer.
While there are these restrictions, Travel Support, in all its capacity, carefully selects independent providers as suppliers of services they advertise. These suppliers may also have limited liabilities as set by laws, tariffs, and other such conditions. It is necessary then that all passengers and guests to not just read but also fully understand the limitations of such liabilities set forth in documentation.
Any reservations made by guests confirms that you have done prior reading, understood and fully agreed to each and all of the above conditions and our limits of responsibility. No person apart from our designated official representatives will be allowed to change in any manner (add, vary or waive) any term or condition on this online brochure including those in proceeding provisions.
While we strongly encourage all guests to purchase insurance for any trip cancellations, delays or other major problems, these should be done at the time of booking and not after the purchase. In case of illness, no refunds, total or partial, shall be made for the tour. Ask your travel agent for a comprehensive inclusive insurance for health concerns to know your options in such cases.
Travel Support shall not be held liable or responsible for any consequences of cancellations resulting from acts of god, threats of war, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, civil disturbances, health risks and epidemics, terrorist activities, government action, fire, riots, supplier insolvency, technical transport problems as well as flight delays due to weather or other such mechanical failures, unavoidable accidents, theft, or any other such circumstances that are beyond our direct control. We shall also not be held liable for any omissions, errors and deletion of this and other such materials on our booking pages or any third party.
The name, logo and images used on this website identifying Travel Support are either proprietary marks or licensed to us for use by third party affiliates and are protected in full effect by Canadian and International intellectual property laws. Any use or copying of any of these content depicting Travel Support and its independent suppliers is not allowed without prior approval from us or relevant copyright owners. Any person caught in infringement of such rules will be punished to the full extent of the law.
Travel Support respects all personal information and treat them with confidentiality and privacy. Travel Support is in strict compliance of the new Canadian legislation called Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, enacted to protect any individual’s privacy.
It is the responsibility of the passenger and/or traveler to review all information indicated on the itinerary sent via email or e-tickets to make sure that all documents are correct. It is also their responsibility to obtain all legal documentation required by government authorities such as entry visas. Entry into any country is at the sole discretion of the immigration officer of that country even if you already have required travel documents. Travelers denied entry will not be issued any refunds from the carrier and/or Travel Support and assumes no responsibility in this regard.
There are special considerations for rate changes in children between 3 through 9 years of age but may vary according to individual suppliers. Infants under 2 years of age can get free travel but this does not constitute a guaranteed seat on the airline, tour bus or trains nor permits any extra baggage allowance. Infants under 6 weeks may also require doctor’s certificate prior to travel. Travel Support will not be held responsible for any charges from immigration, penalties or fees imposed beyond our control.
All services mentioned herein are subject to appropriate corresponding taxes and service charges which may vary according to the guest’s destination, tour packages chosen and the season (off or peak). Credit card payments also incur additional 3% merchant charges on VISA and Master card and 5% on American Express all applied to total charges on tour packages. This fee is levied by the bank making them non-refundable in all instances even in cancellations. All these rates are still subject to change.
OVERSEAS LIVING CONDITIONS
It must be noted that for international travelers, living conditions in other countries including living standards and practices may differ from those found in Canada so we encourage guests to remain respectful of such customs at all times however unalike they are from what Canadians are born and familiar with.
This online brochure has been created to provide a complete and accurate description of Travel Support’s services, packages and terms and conditions on all services offered. Changes may occasionally occur but Travel Support will do its best in an effort to prompt all our clients and partner agencies of such modifications.
